Contracted Transportation Services

Description

To provide safe, clean, reliable, courteous, accessible, and professional transit services.  The service provided shall be equal to RTD service such that Contractor's role is transparent to the customer and the public and will be designed to achieve RTD's performance and Customer Service levels of excellence, and Americans with Disability (ADA) informational and accessibility requirements. Contractor(s) shall be responsible for providing transit services, including management, operations, vehicle, building/site maintenance. Services will consist of On Demand, Fixed Route Deviated, Commuter, and sub-contracted services to other jurisdictions. Appropriately operate, maintain, and repair a fleet of revenue and non-revenue vehicles, equipment, (optional building, and site) provided by RTD. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations, applicable laws, and RTD requirements necessary to accomplish its obligations under the Contract.
