Contract Management System

Description

Washington County is replacing its current contract management and tracking system and is soliciting proposals on a new solution.  The solution must provide a seamless interface with DocuSign for contract execution.  The County has standardized on DocuSign as our electronic signature provider and will not accept alternate electronic signature options.We are looking for a solution that provides the following key capabilities as well as meets the “Pass/Fail” and “Required” items in the Functional Requirements document (Attachment D):Automated interface with DocuSign that uploads and sends contracts with out the need for manual intervention or spooling of documentsCustomizable auto-assignment of tasksAbility to create role based assignments, notifications, approvals, and security groups Relate multiple agreements to a Grant or other singular document, as a list and selectable to bring up and view detail of the ContractContractor portal that allows contractor to maintain contact records, insurance documents, W-9, and other informationEnable contract close out review process for both contractor (reviewed by County) and County (reviewed by contractor)Document storage for related documentation such as letters, certifications, deliverables, etc.
