On July 30, 2024, HUD published the FY 2024 and FY 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition (FR-6800-N-25). OMB Approval number: 2506-0112. The NOFO can be accessed at: HUD FY24 and FY25 NOFO. It establishes the funding criteria for the CoC’s Homeless Assistance Programs this year. Applicants are advised to review HUD’s FY 2024 CoC Program NOFO. Projects not selected for funding under FY2024 funding cycle will automatically be resubmitted for consideration in FY2025 per HUD requirements.
