Continuing Services for Sidewalk, Driveway, and Concrete Improvements

Description

The City of Clermont is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide continuing, as-needed concrete construction, repair, replacement, and restoration services for sidewalks, driveways, curbs, curb ramps, and related concrete improvements at various locations throughout the City. The resulting contract will be for an initial one-year term with four additional one-year renewal options and may be awarded to multiple vendors to support timely response and operational flexibility . Work will be performed on an as-needed basis through individual work orders and may include repair, replacement, restoration, and new construction of sidewalks and related concrete improvements. Each individual work order, task order, or project issued under the resulting contract shall not exceed $49,999. The selected contractor(s) shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, traffic control, demolition, disposal, excavation, grading, forming, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, curing, restoration, and all related incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with City requirements.
