The primary goal of this contract is to assist the City with construction or maintenance projects that require geotechnical exploration/investigation, geotechnical engineering/design related to permitting, construction administration, and testing of construction material. This contract will include the following major elements:A. AdministrationB. EarthworkC. RoadwayD. ConcreteE. Groundwater and Surface Water SamplesF. PersonnelEach of these contract elements will be delivered through professional engineering services. These services will require a broad range of technical expertise and resources that must be delivered in a timely and highly responsive manner. The engineering services will consist of multiple task authorizations (contract amendments / work orders) for the period of the contract.
