The City of Jacksonville Beach is seeking submittal of qualifications from Engineering firms interested in providing engineering support on projects for Public Works. Fees will be negotiated utilizing the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, Chapter 287.055, F.S., and a purchase order will be issued for the scope of work assigned under this contract. Responses received to this RFQ will be evaluated and ranked by an Evaluation Committee in accordance with the process and evaluation criteria contained in Section D of this document.
