Consulting Services for Westside Commons Business and Operations Review

Description

Westside Commons current Board approved Business Plan was developed as a “Walk Before We Run” plan while the Wingspan Event & Conference Center (WECC) was under construction. This project would review and potentially update the Business Plan now that the Wingspan is complete to determine if the building is operating as envisioned within the context of Westside Commons. This project would review the operations and business plan for the Wingspan separately from the operations and business plan of the Westside Commons, noting where there is crossover. The project will establish a shared vision for the property amongst stakeholders and develop the operations and business plan to support that vision, including key metrics and indictors.
