Collier County seeks consulting services to evaluate the current Audio/Visual (A/V) and related technology systems that support operations within the County’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and adjoining areas of the Emergency Services Center.The contractor will design, conduct, and evaluate a two-session, full-scale hurricane response exercise that utilizes the EOC’s existing A/V infrastructure. The exercise will be used to identify technology gaps, redundancies, and process inefficiencies that affect situational awareness, operational coordination, and information flow between County departments and partner agencies.
