This project shall include technical professional services related to writing the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan and associated policies and procedures to implement the HOME-ARP Plan and the activities included within the Plan, meeting Federal requirements and deadlines, encouraging meaningful public participation and stakeholder outreach in the plan development process, and related consulting or grant writing services for the City to complete the project as outlined in the Scope of Service.
