The County of Lake is inviting proposals for consulting services for the 7th Cycle Housing Element. This Plan will be created with collaboration with County Staff and Community Engagement. The Housing Element must meet all HCD Housing Element requirements, be consistent with goals and strategies outlined in the Housing Action and Implementation Plan (HAIP), the current and draft updated General Plan, the Climate Adaptation Plan, and integrated the proposed action items in the Prohousing Designation application.
