Description

The County of Sacramento seeks a qualified consultant to implement specific deliverables and provide recommendations aimed at enhancing collaboration and effectiveness of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) in alignment with County priorities.This RFP is structured as two independent Components, each of which may be awarded separately or together:Component A (Consulting Services):• Review roles and responsibilities of SHRA’s governing bodies• Assess SHRA’s housing finance lending processes and policies• Assess SHRA’s public housing and housing choice voucher functions• Deliver actionable recommendations and implementation guidanceComponent B (Interim Executive Director Staffing):The County seeks firms that can provide a professional with executive leadership experience in housing, social services, or related public sector fields to serve as Interim Executive Director of SHRA during the organizational assessment period as the organization seeks to hire a permanent Executive Director.Proposers may submit for: (1) Component A only; (2) Component B only; or (3) both Components A & B.
