Consultant for Street Safety Study

Description

The City of Pueblo is soliciting a highly qualified and experienced professional consultant to provide traffic engineering, data collection, and analytics support services for the City's Public Works Department. The Consultant will assist with analysis of traffic safety at 15 intersections in the PACOG MPO area for the development of a comprehensive safety plan. The project will be funded in part by a Federal Highway Administration Grant, Safe Streets for All.The services requested shall be funded by The United States Department of Transportation pursuant to the Action Plan Grant Award No. 693JJ32340380 effective July 20, 2023.  A copy of the Grant Award (Agreement) is included as ATTACHMENT D. The awarded Contractor must perform all services in compliance with the Grant Award.   As required, Contractor shall abide by and perform steps to meet the funding requirements specifically outlined in ATTACHMENT C.As required, Contractor shall abide by and perform steps to meet the Grant Award requirements specifically outlined in the following sections of Attachment D:  U.S. Department of Transportation Exhibits to the FHWA Grant Agreements Under The Fiscal Year 2022 Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program dated February 8, 2023 pages A-1 to B-21. For the purposes of this award and all bid require
