Construction Project Management Software

Description

West County Wastewater District is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide a web-based project management Software Solution for Capital Construction Management. The Software Solution will allow for numerous simultaneous users, high-capacity data storage, and management of dozens of active WCW construction projects.The Software Solution will facilitate project management, document storage, collaboration and communication among stakeholders. The desired Software Solution is a modern cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that is Windows 10/Office 365 compatible and offers iOS and Android apps. WCW will primarily use the software in their Infrastructure and Planning Department Capital Projects Division. Currently, WCW utilizes various spreadsheets, word documents, and various websites for storage and transferring documentation throughout construction projects. The Department manages about 10-15 projects per year varying in size from $10,000 to $10 million. The average construction contract value is approximately $1 million. Regarding an estimated number of Software Solution users, there are less than 20 employees in the Capital Projects Division and potentially approximately 100 total stakeholders.
