The City of Pontiac invites Certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) to submit proposals to develop two (2) single-family homes using HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds. The total available funding is $400,000. The selected CHDO will be responsible for property acquisition, construction, and saleof the homes to low-income-qualified households in compliance with HOME program requirements. CHDO Operating is included in the total cost. Required MatchAs a condition of funding under the HOME CHDO program, the selected CHDO must provide matching funds equal to at least 25% of the total HOME funds requested for this project. For this project, the minimum match requirement is $100,000.Match Requirements:The match must be in the form of cash, land, materials, or documented in-kind contributions that directly support the development of the two single-family homes.<p data-end="729" data-start="599"
