Construction of Tradition Pkwy and Village Pkwy Intersection Improvements

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Invitation for Bids (IFB) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this IFB.The City of Port St. Lucie (City) requires Construction Services for the construction of roadway improvements at the intersection of Tradition Parkway and Village Parkway within the City of Port St. Lucie. The roadway improvements are described in the project plan set prepared by DRMP entitled “City of Port St. Lucie Contract Plans Tradition & Village Pkwy”.The project includes roadway, intersection, and multimodal enhancements necessary to support the final lane configurations, operational improvements, and safety features shown in the approved design plans.
