Sealed submittals are to be received at the office of the City Clerk, 201 East Main St., Tavares, Florida, 32778 no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 18, 2024. Statement of Proposal (“SOP”) received after this specified time and date will not be considered. Please Provide (3) Copies and one digital copy preferably in PDF. SCOPE OF SERVICES Design Build Services. The Design-Build Contractor provides all the necessary engineering, project management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and disposal to complete the construction of a Storage Facility for Water Plant #4 to the satisfaction of the Owner. ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF NECESSARY COMPONENTS 2401 Slim Haywood Ave. Tavares, FL 32778 50’X188’X16’ ENCLOSURE ·         With 3 enclosed storage areas, 50x24x16 (x2) and 50x140x16 6” Concrete Slab Door entries 10x10, 8x8 and 6x6 for exterior and interior access based on layout provided. Improvements to be included for adjacent location. ·         Existing Warehousing Improvement with more enclosed area ·         Staging area for multi-departmental items Evaluation of Proposals Submittals: The City reserves the right to accept all or a portion of any SOP documents submitted. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria, by an evaluation committee.
