The City of Orlando (City/Owner) requests Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to the City for the Lake Nona Reclaimed Water Storage and High Service Pump Facility Project (“Project”). The project will be constructed on a 3-acre parcel of land (Parcel identification (ID) 19-24-31-0000-00-037) purchased by the City, located southwest of the intersection of Narcoossee Road and SR 417, west of the existing Sam’s Club.The Project, which is being designed and will be constructed as a Joint Participation Project between the City of Orlando, Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC), and Orange County Utilities, consists of an estimated $14 Million reclaimed water storage and repump facility, which will serve the Eastern Regional Reclaimed Water Distribution System. In addition, a 24-inch transmission pipe will be constructed from the facility and tied into the reclaimed water main on Narcoossee Road.The City has contracted with Carollo Engineers to design the new reclaimed water storage and repump facility. The project is currently at the 60% design level. The current 60% plans are attached to this solicitation, as Exhibit 1.
