The Rose Bowl Operating Company (“RBOC”) is seeking statements of qualifications, technical proposals, and price proposals (“Proposal(s)”) for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR” or “Contractor”) to provide preconstruction/design-assist services including a funded subsurface field investigation program and, if RBOC's option to authorize Phase 2 is exercised, construction services for the Rose Bowl Stadium Plumbing Maintenance Project (the “Project”): the replacement and rehabilitation of the stadium's water, sewer, and gas distribution systems beneath the stadium concourse, implementing the replacement program recommended by the Rose Bowl Sewer and Water Asset Management Plan (2022), as indicated below and described in greater detail in the Contract Documents enumerated in the City's Standard Form of Agreement. The work will be performed at an operating stadium: the venue remains in continuous event use throughout construction, and the stadium's domestic plumbing and fire protection service share a single combined system that must remain in service.
