The City of Apopka (City), as a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is seeking a statement of qualifications from firms qualified to provide Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) Services for the construction of a new Public Safety Facility and related site improvements. The purpose of this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide the requested services. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be awarded a basic contract to provide the necessary services for the project's duration.
