Description

The City of Roseville (City) Environmental Utilities Department intends to construct a new Maintenance, Administration, and Shop Building at the Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant (PGWWTP). The City is currently procuring a design-assist entity for professional engineering design and construction services for this project. The City is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering and construction management firms for Construction Management (CM) Services for this project. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities (hereinafter “Consultants(s)”), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”) and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate.
