The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications for P21026-2 Construction Management - S Royle Road, S 15th Street to S 5th Way to be received no later than Monday, August 7, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.The City of Ridgefield is seeking qualifications from highly qualified firms to provide all construction management and inspection services for the S Royle Road, S 15th Street to S 5th Way project. The project will design and construct roadway widening and improvements along S Royle Road from S 15th Street to S 5th Way. The work will consist of overseeing project tasks and coordination with City of Ridgefield representatives to manage the scope, schedule and budget for the construction phase of the project. The improvements will include stormwater, illumination, street improvements, pedestrian facilities and retaining walls.The Work shall be through September 30, 2024.Request for Qualifications packets may be viewed and downloaded via the City’s e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa.
