Construction Management & Inspection Services for 2022 East Pavement Rehabilitation Project

Description

The City of South San Francisco (City) is requesting proposals from consulting firms to provide construction management and inspection services for the 2022 East Pavement Rehabilitation Project (Project). It is the intent of the city to engage the most qualified consultant to provide construction management and inspection services.The contract performance period is from the date of an approved and executed contract between the consultant and the City of South San Francisco to fulfilling all requirements to complete the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction (closeout) phases of the project, which is anticipated to be in March of 2022.Proposal submitted in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be used as a basis for selecting the Consultant to provide professional services for this project. The Consultant’s proposal will be evaluated and ranked according to the criteria provided in Appendix B – Proposal Evaluation.The RFP and any addendums will be posted on the City of South San Francisco e-Procurement Portal website.
