The Hollywood, Florida Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is actively seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s) to provide tiered Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services. The CRA is interested in entering into continuing contracts with multiple CMAR firms to provide full range of pre-construction, construction, and post-construction management services as needed for the implementation of various projects across the Downtown and Beach CRA Districts. The selected Construction Management firms will work with CRA staff, Architects/Engineers and other entities to develop and complete capital improvement projects.
