LEGAL NOTICE The City of Tiffin is soliciting letters of interest for construction administration & inspection services for the SEN53-9.86 (PID 120415) Project. The project consists of the full depth pavement replacement of North Sandusky Street (SR 53) between Hall Street and Tomb Street, the milling and resurfacing of North Sandusky Street (SR 53) between Tomb Street and Rita Lane and signal upgrades and access management improvements within the intersection of North Sandusky Street (SR 53), North Washington Street (SR 100) and East & West Davis Streets. The City of Tiffin secured Small Cities, Urban Paving and Abbreviated Safety Funds for this project. The estimated construction cost for this project is $2,790,000. The consultant is expected to be authorized to proceed by September 2025.
