The District is seeking bids to procure services of a contractor to construct a 11’ wide concrete trail, pad for a 9’-4”x 9’-4” and build CMU block walls for restroom enclosure per details, 21’-8”x12’ pad for shelter per details. Contractor will be responsible for the purchase of picnic tables called out in the details in plan set. Two ADA concrete parking spaces per details. Post and cable fence per details. All irrigation and landscaping per details on plans as well drainage to lake. Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment to complete the project.
