This RFP is for Luggage Cart services to the Airport to ease passengers in the movement of their luggage through the terminal and into the parking lots. Vendor shall be responsible for supplying carts, holding racks, and payment machines and maintaining them in good operating condition throughout the agreement. The Airport pays $500 per month to the current vendor regardless of revenues collected or costs incurred by the vendor.
