Concept of Operations for a Transportation Operations Center for the City of Camden, NJ

Description

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals, on behalf of the City of Camden, New  Jersey, from qualified firms for a Concept of Operations for a Transportation Operations Center. Traffic operations within the city are currently done on an ad hoc basis, with each agency operating mostly independently of the other; the City of Camden looks to centralize and standardize future transportation operations within the Transportation Operations Center. The Concept of Operations and supporting documentation requires a needs assessment of existing transportation/IT operations and infrastructure, current operational gaps of all transportation modes within the city, stakeholder feedback, and the potential financial commitment of a Transportation Operations Center.
