Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Facility Upgrades The proponent’s attention is directed to the fact that all application Federal Laws, Sate Laws, Municipal Ordinances and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over said item shall apply to the proposal throughout, and they will be deemed to be included in the proposal document the same as though herein written out in full.
