Comprehensive Education and Facilities Master Plan

Description

The Mt. San Antonio Community College District (Mt. SAC) requests proposals from qualified consultants to assist the District’s Administration, Faculty, Staff, Students, and Stakeholders in preparing a comprehensive combined Education and Facilities Master Plan (EFMP) for the District.  The EFMP includes an examination of existing and potential academic and integral institutional support programs within the context of internal and external conditions and trends as defined by appropriate local and regional reporting bodies. In addition to academic and support services plans, this exercise will evaluate the ability of existing and planned facilities to effectively and equitably support academic and support projections.  The final document will be a Comprehensive Master Plan (CMP) document, intended to span 2025-2035 and provide guidance for all other District integrated planning efforts, that will be an affirmation and reflection of the District’s commitment to its mission.
