We are seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive ADA document remediation services to ensure full compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. The project includes the remediation of approximately 1,500 pages of digital documents to meet applicable accessibility requirements. Document types may include, but are not limited to:Adobe PDF filesMicrosoft Word documentsMicrosoft Excel spreadsheetsMicrosoft Power Point presentations The selected vendor will be responsible for auditing, remediating, validating, and certifying that all web-hosted documents conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria and applicable federal and state accessibility regulations.Remediation services must resolve accessibility barriers to ensure the following:Logical reading orderCorrect taggingDescriptive alternative text for imagesDescriptive alternative text for graphs and chartsForm fields have correct field descriptionsCorrect form fieldsCorrect heading structure and document hierarchy
