Compliance Monitoring for the Head Start Program

BVCAP Board of Directors is seeking a Fiscal Compliance Monitor for their Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Qualified applicants must have strong communication and narrative writing skills, non-profit accounting knowledge, and an understanding of the Uniform Grant Management Standards. Consultants will develop accurate projections of delegate’s administrative, fiscal, management, and governance systems for both the Head Start Program and the Early Head Start Program. Consultants will report directly to BVCAP Board of Directors any findings and recommendations. Deliverables include two (2) comprehensive fiscal oversight reports each contract year.
