Question 1: Who are the executive sponsors of this project at the College? Are there any departments/divisions that are not covered in this project? SFCC Response to Question 2: Entire Organization Question 3: Do you have a budget estimate or not-to-exceed threshold for this project that you can share? If yes, please provide detail. SFCC Response to Question 3: No budget estimate Question 4: How many employees will be covered under the study? SFCC Response to Question 4: Approximately 1,000 employees Question 5: How many job descriptions will need to be reviewed for possible revision? SFCC Response to Question 5: Approximately 350 job descriptions Question 6: Will faculty be included in the study? SFCC Response to Question 6: Yes Question 7: Can we just provide bios on our proposed staff or do you also want resumes? If so, will resume count against the 50 page total? Question 10: In Section 1 Scope of Services; 1.1.1 Classification/Compensation and Organizational Structure Study Objectives subparagraph 1.1.1.4 states “Design an organizational structure for career progression and recognition of high performance.” My reading of this suggests the college is seeking a career progression or career ladder within the classification structure identified within the context of the overall compensation study.
