Introduction LGLP is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of vehicles in compliance with Wyoming Statutes § 15-1-113. This RFP outlines the specifications and requirements for the acquisition of these vehicles to ensure adherence to state law and to meet the needs of our organization. 2. Background The Wyoming Local Government Liability Pool (LGLP) is a Joint Powers Board located in Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming, that provides risk management/loss prevention services and legal defense to local governments throughout the State of Wyoming. We are committed to enhancing our operations through the procurement of two compact SUVs, and we are seeking proposals for the purchase of vehicles compatible with travel around the State of Wyoming and capable of transporting multiple employees and cargo necessary for LGLP business. 3.
