The Solano County Community Correction Partnership (CCP) is seeking highly qualified agencies to provide community connection and/or support services for individuals recently released from jail or prison. The Solano County Probation Department (on behalf of the CCP) is seeking proposals to support the implementation of grants that address the pressing needs for individuals recently released from jail or prison. To support the program, the CCP has allocated up to $150,000 per year over a three-year period to provide up to five grant awards. Each grant would be for an amount of up to $450,000 over the three-year period. The total funding for the five grants is the amount of $2,250,000. If a grantee does not expend the maximum amount of $150,000 per year, the remaining funds can be made available to the other grantees depending on need and performance. Non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations, and government entities are eligible to submit proposals. As this funding is intended for community-based projects, departments of the County of Solano are not eligible to submit proposals.
