Community Care Expansion (CCE) Preservation Program

Description

The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency was awarded Community Care Expansion (CCE) Preservation Program funding from the California Department of Social Services to support Adult Residential Facilities (ARF), Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE), and Residential Care Facilities for the Chronically Ill (RCFCI). The County is soliciting applications from qualified licensed facilities located within Orange County that are seeking financial assistance in order to provide the CCE Preservation Program funds. The primary goal of this program is to provide funding for the rehabilitation of eligible licensed adult and senior care facilities that serve Supplemental Security Income/State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) or Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI) applicants and recipients, including those who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.Eligible licensed facilities may apply for two forms of CCE Preservation Program financial assistance, with the option to submit a single application for Program I only, Program II only, or to submit for both Program I and Program II (each program requires an individual separate application). Program I - Operating Subsidy Payments: Facilities may rec
