The City of Ridgefield is accepting sealed proposals for P26007: Community and Recreation Center Operations and Management to be received no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.The City of Ridgefield, Washington is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, nonprofit organizations, partnerships, or operator teams to provide pre-opening services and long-term operations and management services for the future Ridgefield Community and Recreation Center (RCRC).The City seeks a mission-driven operating partner capable of supporting the successful launch of the facility and delivering high-quality recreation, aquatics, wellness, childcare, and community services once the facility opens to the public. The selected operator will be responsible for pre-opening planning and mobilization, followed by long-term facility operations, programming, customer service, aquatics management, routine maintenance, and financial performance.The City intends to establish a long-term operating agreement that supports operational flexibility, financial sustainability, community access, and alignment with the City’s values and service expectations.
