General work description: The purpose of this contract is for RTD to seeks a qualified vendor to develop and administer Community and Customer Surveys in order to garner research data associated with RTD’s Board adopted 2021-2026 Strategic Plan. For this Contract, RTD has specified an SBE goal of Fifteen percent (15%) for the work to be performed.
