Communications and Marketing Support Services

Description

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the City of Milpitas is seeking proposals from qualified communications and marketing firms to provide comprehensive, on-call communications and marketing services supporting the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality public outreach and engagement materials. Services shall include, but not be limited to, graphic design, video production, and media planning and buying.The awarded Contractor(s) will work with City staff on an as-requested basis to produce timely, high-quality outreach materials for both citywide and department-specific initiatives, such as event recap videos for major community celebrations (e.g., Tree Lighting, 4th of July, and Lunar New Year), public service announcements on topics like emergency preparedness and water conservation, and outreach campaigns promoting local businesses and City programs.The City of Milpitas recognizes that effective communications are essential to building public trust, promoting transparency, and engaging its diverse community. In partnership with the awarded vendor(s), the City aims to enhance its ability to deliver consistent, strategic, and culturally responsive communications that effectively inform, engage, and connect with the Milpitas community.The City may, in its sole discretion, elect to award to one or more vendors based on the results of this RFP.
