Project Description: Mt SAC is seeking proposals for LEED and Commissioning services for the Technology and Health Replacement Building project. Proposals should include the following scope of services:The LEED Commissioning Provider (CxP) will provide the district with tasks to meet 1) LEED energy prerequisite for fundamental commissioning and 2) enhanced commissioning that will achieve 3 LEED points under the LEED v4 BD+C NC rating system.
