Answers to RFP questions can be accessed below. 1. For NE-CHPS point EE3.3, please confirm that the City of Providence will provide remote access to the BMS for remote monitoring and trend reviews for assessment and reporting for this point. Answer: Remote monitoring via the VLAN is provided by PPSD. PPSD Facilities currently utilize and monitor the District head end, but they work with PPSD IT dept for IT and connection issues . 2. The answer in addendum #2, item 3 regarding envelope commissioning states that envelope testing is only required at MLK. Is envelope Cx and IR scan still required at DelSesto, Hope, Vartan, Roger Williams or Young &Woods for the roofing and/or window/glazing replacement? Answer: Envelope testing should only be included for the MLK Jr. project at this time. CxA to witness 10 envelope testing (by contractor) for MLK Jr. only. Exclude envelope testing for DelSesto, Hope, Vartan, Carnevale, Roger Williams and Young Woods. 3. The answer in addendum #2, item 22 regarding Young & Woods ES states that the amount of renovated space in the building is unknown at this time. In light of this, it is not possible to develop a commissioning fee with an unknown scope. Please clarify how one should proceed. Answer: Existing building areas can be referenced on the Feasibility Study documents.
