PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be conducted by the Fairfield County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Village of Carroll Municipal Office, located at 68 Center Street, Carroll, Ohio 43112. The purpose of this hearing is to provide training to local contractors to support their understanding of, and participation in, federally funded construction contracting opportunities. Contractors and businesses interested in bidding on public construction projects, such as those funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, are encouraged to attend. The session will provide guidance on complying with Section 3 requirements applicable to federally funded projects exceeding $300,000. Members of the public are also welcome to attend.
