BID # CON26-01 ADDENDUM NUMBER 01 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR: Commercial Cleaning Services NHTI – Concord’s Community College 04/01/2026 TO: ALL CONTRACT BIDDERS OF RECORD This Addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the Request for Proposals dated March 13, 2026, with amendments and additions noted below. This Addendum consists of a total of one (1) page. BIDDER’S QUESTIONS QUESTION #1: Should pricing for cleaning of the Little Hall cafeteria be listed as the yearly price divided by 12 months? ANSWER #1: Yes, even though the cleaning only takes place twice a year, please take the annual cost and break it down to a monthly cost. QUESTION #2: Can you share NHTI’s current annual price for cleaning the Little Hall cafeteria? ANSWER #2: Yes, the current annual price for the Little Hall cafeteria deep clean only is $47,918.00 ($23,959.00 per cleaning) QUESTION #3: Can cleaning days for Farnum hall be changed to Monday, Wednesday, Friday? ANSWER #3: No, at this time we would like to stick with the cleaning days specified in the RFP Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with the Proposal Form. Failure to do so may disqualify the Bidder. NOTE: IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR BID HAS BEEN SENT TO THIS OFFICE PRIOR TO RECEIVING THIS ADDENDUM, RETURN THE ADDENDUM WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME WITH ANY CHANGES YOU MAY WISH TO MAKE AND MARK ON THE REMITTANCE ENVELOPE BID INVITATION NUMBER AND OPENING DATE.
