CITY OF COMMERCE Northside WWTP UV disinfection and Filter Rehabilitation GMC Project No. CATL220026 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the City of Commerce Northside WWTP UV disinfection and Filter Rehabilitation Project, will be received, by City of Commerce at the office of the 27 Sycamore Street, Commerce GA 30529 until 2:00 pm local time on November 1st 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon request for digital/file sharing access. Requests should be submitted via email to liang.wang@gmcnetwork.com. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bidder is solely responsible for verifying the most recent version of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, have been downloaded if electronic access has been purchased. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
