Collier County Parks Aquatic Facilities Management, Operations, Maintenance and Marketing

Description

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Invitation to Negotiate (hereinafter, “ITN”), with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified firms in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached, for the management, operation, maintenance, and marketing of six (6) existing public park-based aquatic facilities.  The County intends to award a contract to the best-qualified firm that offers a proposal deemed to be in the County’s best interest, both economically and operationally. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. This solicitation intends to select a firm to manage, operate, maintain, and market six (6) existing regional and community public park-based aquatic facilities. This arrangement will include a share in the revenue generation from, but not limited to, the following: income from, concessions, registrations, onsite advertising, admissions, and vendor registrations. The operator is expected to provide comprehensive services for aquatics management, operations, community engagement and programming, marketing, regulatory compliance, facility maintenance and maintenance planning, and performance and financial reporting.
