The City of Pasadena is inviting proposals for a comprehensive collection management software system. This system will be instrumental in efficiently managing overdue payments across various municipal accounts, from initial delinquency to final resolution. Key functionalities must include robust handling of overdue accounts, precise payment tracking, streamlined management of collection activities, rigorous compliance with all relevant regulations, and comprehensive reporting and reconciliation capabilities.A critical aspect of this selection process is the vendor's team. We are seeking a vendor whose staff brings demonstrated expertise in data conversion, specifically in successfully migrating complex datasets from legacy systems to new platforms. Furthermore, the vendor's team must possess a deep understanding of government operations and regulations, with a proven track record of successful engagements with municipal or other public-sector entities. This experience is paramount to ensuring a seamless implementation, minimizing operational disruptions, and guaranteeing ongoing compliance with legal and operational requirements.To maximize scalability, accessibility, and operational efficiency, the City seeks a solution which leverages modern cloud-based or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) architectures.
