CONSULTANT shall provide collection services of delinquent accounts. The accounts will be referred to the CONSULTANT for collection by CITY’s Revenue Collections Manager and Utilities Credit Collections Manager. Delinquent account balances will range from $25 to $25,000. CONSULTANT will pursue each account to its lawful conclusion.
