It is the intent of these specifications to outline the requirements of the Township of Wayne, Passaic County, New Jersey, for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials, from residential premises or properties including single family homes, apartments, condominiums, townhouses, cooperatives, houses of worship, and from Township facilities or other facilities as designated, in the Township of Wayne that currently exist and that are constructed and occupied during the term of this contract.
