The City of Tucson Business Services Division - Procurement, on behalf of the Facilities and Communications Maintenance (FCM) Division of the Environmental and General Services Department (EGSD), is requesting proposals from qualified offerors for Preventative Maintenance, On-call repair and parts for the Compressed Natural Gas Plant (CNG Plant) at the Thomas O. Price Service Center, (TOPSC) Complex, 4004 S. Park Ave on an indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) bases. FCM maintains the CNG Plant at 4004 S. Park Ave., and servicing is conducted on a pre-determined basis, or upon receiving a Service Request.
