The Construction Manager scope of services shall include pre-construction services as required during the design phases of the Project as set forth herein. The Construction Manager shall continue to provide pre-construction services throughout the design phases of the Project as needed. The Construction Manager shall become an integral part of the Project Team that will participate in the coordination, the development, and the progress of the design and construction processes.
