NOTICE CITY OF CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR THORNTON RD & COTTONWOOD LN IMPROVEMENTS The City of Casa Grande requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction services and complete construction services for the Thornton Rd & Cottonwood Ln Improvements in Casa Grande, Arizona. Each response shall be per the SOQ instructions and scope of work package on file with the City Clerk at City Hall, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. Copies can be obtained by calling the City Clerk's Office (520) 421-8600 or downloading a complete packet below. All responses must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on September 29, 2026, to the City Clerk, 510 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. The responses will be evaluated in accordance with Section Five (5) of the SOQ.
